Brigantine Cove
Brigantine Cove was a 300 unit PUD developed by Joseph L. Brady, Jr.
in Brigantine, NJ just across the bridge from Atlantic City to
Brigantine in early1982 through 1983. It consisted of 274 townhome lots,
13 lagoon front single family lots and 13 clustered single family lots
on cul de sacs. It was resold to another developer in late 1983
who completed the final construction of the homes.
